In a normal match (i.e. the number of frames won determines
the winner) the frame is over when:
1) One of the players resigns
Or:
2) When Black is the only object ball remaining on the table, the first score or foul ends the frame unless the result is a tie in which case:
(i) the Black is spotted;
(ii) the players draw lots for choice of playing next;
(iii) the next player plays from in-hand; and
(iv) the next score or foul ends the frame.
In an aggregate match (i.e. the total points scored over a number of frames determines the winner) the frame is over when:
1) One of the players resigns
Or:
2) When Black is the only object ball remaining on the table, the first score or foul ends the frame unless the result is a tie in overall score in the final frame in which case:
(i) the Black is spotted;
(ii) the players draw lots for choice of playing next;
(iii) the next player plays from in-hand; and
